Simplified Yang Style 24 Form Tai Chi
This is a 4-week course that meets once per week on Friday evenings. Due to the compact schedule, new students must enrol from the first night, as it would be almost impossible to catch up if a class is missed.
Each session will begin with a 5 minute Zhan Zhuang Standing Meditation, followed by a short warmup, and then review of Tai Chi fundamentals, before reviewing the moves learned so far, and the introduction of the new moves for the current week. The session is taught in two 50 minute segments with a 20 minute refreshment break mid-way through the evening. Tea/Coffee and biscuits or light snack will be available at break (included in the course cost) to help flagging blood sugars.
Cost for the course is £20/session. A 20% discount is given if the entire course is paid for in the first session.
